Transparency

• The State Department of Education will post a fiscal report card for every school district posted on State Department of Education’s website for parents and patrons. The fiscal report card will include financial data from each district and give parents and taxpayers the ability to compare this data from district to district.
• School districts will make their annual budgets and master agreements readily available online to be viewed.
• School districts must hold salary negotiations in open, public meetings.
